The IsatHub is a global WiFi hotspot with internet speeds of up to 384Kbps. Service is accessed from your smartphone, iPhone, iPad and/or iPod touch or Android device through the control app. This provides set-up assistance and gives you full control over access to the service as well as visibility of data usage from each device sharing the IsatHub connection.

Before going on vacation we unpacked the GO at home (northern NJ), had no problems connecting a Samsung S5 over wireless. We put the GO on the back porch, got 3 bars, and made calls to our home phone and cell phones. Slight delay, you have to speak clearly, otherwise no problem. On vacation in Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk (Northwest Territory, Arctic Ocean, Canada) got 3 bars and same voice quality to family members in New Jersey and Rhode Island. It works.
A human in the U.S. answered the phone when I called and then the product and delivery/packaging was exactly as promised by that human. If you try to go web-only or with an automated answering service, you will be diminishing your company.
