A human in the U.S. answered the phone when I called and then the product and delivery/packaging was exactly as promised by that human. If you try to go web-only or with an automated answering service, you will be diminishing your company.

Your team member Shawn was very helpful when my trip got cancelled so I no longer needed the phone. She explained that it was not a problem and gave me the information I needed to return it.
